急性冠脉综合征患者血清PA和hs-CRP水平变化的临床研究

目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和血清前白蛋白（PA）水平在急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）发生、发展中的意义。方法：选取行冠状动脉造影证实为ACS的患者134例，其中急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者40例，不稳定型心绞痛患者（UAP）50例，稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者44例。采用免疫比浊法检测患者血清中hS-CRP和PA的水平浓度。结果：SAP、UAP、AMI患者的PA逐渐降低，AMI患者的PA水平明显低于SAP和UAP患者（P〈0．01）；血清hs-CRP水平逐渐升高，AMI患者的hs—CRP水平明显高于SAP和UAP患者（P〈0．01）。随着冠状动脉病变的变化，由单支病变、双支病变到三支病变，hs—CRP的水平也逐渐升高，PA水平逐渐降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：血清hs-CRP和PA水平与ACS的发生、发展密切相关。

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON CHANGES OF PAAND HS-CRPLEVEL IN SERUM OFACUTE CORONARYARTERY SYNDROME PATIENTS

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of detecting high sensitive C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and prealburnin （PA） in occurrence and development of acute coronary artery syndrome （ACS）.Methods： 134 ACS patients that were confirmed by coronary angiography were chosen, which included 40 acute myocardial infarction （AMI） patients,50 unstable angina pectoris （UAP） patients and 44 stable angina pectoris （SAP） patients. The level of PA and hs-CRP in serum of ACS patients were determined by transmission immunity nephelometery.Results：From SAP patients to UAP patients and to AMI patients,the PA level decreased gradually, the PA level of AMI patients obviously lower than that of SAP patients and UAP patients （P 〈 0.01）;The hs-CRP level increased gradually, the hs-CRP level of AMI patients obviously higher than that of SAP patients and UAP patients （P 〈 0.01）.With progression of pathological changes of coronary arteries,the PA level gradually decreased while the hs-CRP level gradually increased （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions： The PA and hs-CRP level in serum has close relations with occurrence and development of ACS.
