Thumper心肺复苏机在急诊心肺复苏中的应用:192例分析

摘    要:目的探讨1007型Thumper心肺复苏机在急诊心脏呼吸骤停进行心肺复苏时应用价值。方法将192例急诊心脏呼吸骤停患者随机分为原发病、性别、年龄和就诊时间等相配的两组,Thumper组(n=91)运用1007型Thumper心肺复苏机进行机械心肺复苏,对照组(n=101)采用徒手标准心肺复苏。2组使用复苏药物及电除颤等抢救措施应用基本相同。结果Thumper组自主循环恢复(ROSC)率为25.27%,与徒手组(26.73%)无差异(P〉0.05)。Thumper组的30min内ROSC成功率为15.38%,与徒手组(24.75%)亦无显著差异义(P〉0.05);但Thumper组超过30rain的ROSC成功率为9.89%,显著高于徒手组(1.98%,P〈0.05);Thumper组复苏所需时间为(53.23±40.75)min,显著长于徒手组[(33.05±28.77)min,P〈0.0110结论Thumper心肺复苏机的效果优于人工胸外按压,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of Thumper model 1007 cardiopulmonary resuscitator used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for cardiac respiratory arrest patient in emergency room. Methods 192 cardiac respiratory arrest patients were randomly divided into 2 sex, age, underlying disease, and interval between onset and starting CPR-matched groups to undergo CPR by Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitator (n=91) or standard extrathoracic hand-only CPR (n=101). Same medication and electric defibrillation were given to these 2 groups. Results The restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) rate of the Thumper group was 25.27%, not significantly different from that of the standard CPR group (26.73%, P〉0.05). The rate of ROSC within 30 min of the Thumper group was 15.38%, not significantly different from that of the standard CPR group too (24.75%, P〉0.05). The rate of ROSC 〉 30 min of the Thumper group was 9.89%, significantly higher than that of the standard CPR group (1.98%, P〈0.05). The time needed of the Thumper group was (53.23±40.75)min, significantly longer than that of the standard CPR group [(33.05 ± 28.77)min, P〈0.01]. Conclusion With higher effect then standard hand-only CPR, CPR by Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitator is an ideal new type machine-mediated CPR technique and is worth promoting.
