| 摘 要： | Summary Many valuable clinical researches of lung cancer,such as systematic mediastinal lymph node dissection,debulking operation for non-small cell lung cancer and lobectomy or pneumonectomy combined with extended resection of the heart and great vessels have been made in recent in recent years China.The long-term survival of resectable lung cancer is similar to that of developed country.Some prospective randomized chinical trials for adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy of lung cancer were made.Early Early lung cancer after complete resection does not need adjuvant radiotherapy.The values of pre-or post-operation chemotherapy need to be evaluated.Now larger multicenter randomized clinical trials according to evidence-based medicine are needed for Chinse lung cancer clinical research.
