克氏钢针与重建钢板治疗锁骨骨折的疗效比较

目的比较应用克氏钢针和重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析比较46例克氏钢针内固定与39例重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。结果克氏钢针内固定组：46例中骨折愈合优36例,良8例,差2例,优良率95.7%（44/46）,骨折平均愈合时间4个月。重建钢板内固定组：39例中骨折愈合优35例,良3例,差1例,优良率97.4%（38/39）,骨折平均愈合时间3个月。两组优良率差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论重建钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折固定牢靠,能早期功能锻炼,为固定锁骨中段骨折之首选材料。克氏钢针治疗锁骨中段骨折只要术后制动患肢6-8周,仍可取得满意疗效,具有价格低廉的优势。

Comparison of effect of clavicle midpiece fractured treated with internal fixation with reconstruction plate and Kirschner's wire

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Kirschaner＇s wire and reconstruction plate in treatment of clavicle midpiece fracture. Methods 85 patients with clavicle midpiece fracture were treated, including 46 cases with Kirchaner＇s wire and 39 cases with reconstruction plate, whose clinical data were analyzed. Results In Kirchaner＇s group, the average period of healing was 4 months and the recovery rate was 95.7%. In reconstruction group, the average period of healing was 3 months and the recovery rate was 97.4%. There is no significant difference in period of healing and recover rate in the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Kirsehaner＇s wire therapy only needs 6-8 weeks of immobilization after operation in treatment of clavicle midpiece fracture, which is cheep but can also achieve satisfying effects.
