| 摘 要： | 目的评价不同介入治疗方法综合治疗肝细胞癌（HCC）的临床疗效。方法原发性HCC患者113例,分4组：单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）组48例,TACE＋射频消融术（RFA）组23例,TACE＋表阿霉素（EPI）＋碘油（LP）组33例,TACE＋经皮注射无水乙醇（PEI）组9例。以术后1个月、3个月CT平扫及增强扫描肿瘤缩小率、甲胎蛋白（AFP）下降50%的比例、1年、2年生存率评估治疗效果。结果TACE＋RFA组肿瘤缩小率、AFP下降50%比例均明显优于其他组,差异有统计学意义。1年及2年生存率各组间差异无统计学意义。结论TACE＋RFA是中晚期原发性HCC患者的首选治疗方法。
