Cyclin D1、P16在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达及意义

目的 :探讨细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)、p16在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤发生、发展及估计预后中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法检测CyclinD1、p16在正常绒毛和妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达。结果 :妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤组与正常绒毛、葡萄胎组比较 ,CyclinD1的表达率明显增高 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;p16的表达率明显降低 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中 ,CyclinD1与p16的表达呈负相关 (r=- 0 5 5 3,P <0 0 1)。随肿瘤临床期别的增加 ,CyclinD1的表达率逐渐升高 ;p16的表达率逐渐降低。结论 :CyclinD1的过度积累或p16的突变或丢失 ,可促使滋养细胞异常增生和恶性转化 ,提示肿瘤的预后不良

The Expression and Significance of Cyclin D1, p16 in Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor

Objective:To explore the role of Cyclin D1 and p16 in oncogenesis and development of gestational trophoblastic disease,and in calculating prognosis of gestational trophoblastic tumor.Methods: The expression of CyclinD1,p16 in normal chorion of early gestation and in gestational trophoblastic disease were detected by immunohistochemisty test(SP methods).Results: In gestational trophoblastic tumor group,the positive rate of Cyclin D1 was significantly higher than that of the normal chorion of early gestation group and hydatidiform mole group( P <0 01),and the positive rate of p16 was significantly lower than that of the normal chorion of early gestation group and hydatidiform mole group( P <0 01).There was negative correlation between p16 and Cyclin D1 in gestational trophoblastic tumor(r= 0.553, P <0 01).Follow the raise of clinical phase in gestational trophoblastic tumor,the expression of Cyclin D1 was increased,the expression of p16 was gradually decreased.Conclusion: The over accumulate of Cyclin D1 or the mutation and lost of p16 can lead to the cell malignant change and proliferation,Which suggest Remind the poor prognosis of the trophoblastic tumor.
