胎儿纤连蛋白在早产的预测和早期诊断中的意义研究

目的研究胎儿纤连蛋白及宫颈长度对先兆早产孕妇发生早产的预测价值。方法利用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测量126例先兆早产孕妇宫颈阴道分泌物中胎儿纤连蛋白,同时用B型超声测量其宫颈长度。结果2种方法联合预测早产的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为100%、77.8%、89.8%和100%,提高了对早产的预测价值。结论测定先兆早产孕妇宫颈阴道分泌物中胎儿纤连蛋白结合宫颈长度在预测早产中具有很高的临床价值。

Study on the significance of fetal fibronectin in the prediction and early diagnosis for premature labor

Objective To evaluate the predictive value of fetal fibronectin and cervical length for prediction and early diagnosis for premature labor.Methods Fetal fibronectin in cervicovaginal secretionswere measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the cervical length was measured by B ultrasound scan in 126 pregnant women with preterm labor.Results When vaginal fetal fibronectin determination combined with cervical length measurement were used for diagnosing preterm birth in pregnant women, the sensitivity, specificity, positivepredictive numerical value and negative predictive numerical value were 100%, 77.8%, 89.8% and 100% respectively,wich could improve the predictive value for premature labor.Conclusion Vaginal fetal fibronectin determination combined with cervical length measurement has great clinical value in predicting premature labor.
