106例扩张型心肌病心律失常分析

目的:探讨扩张型心肌病发生心律失常的类型及原因,加深对本病的认识。方法:回顾分析106例扩张型心肌病心律失常的发生率、类型以及与心功能、房室大小的关系。结果:其心律失常发生率92.7%,以传导阻滞占首位,占心律失常68.5%,其次为室性心律失常,占心律失常65.1%,且室性心律失常的发生与左室扩大有关(P<0.05)。心房颤动的发生与左房扩大有关(P<0.01)。结论:扩张型心肌病的心律失常发生率高,且多样易变,其发生与广泛心肌纤维化致心电生理异常,影响心肌细胞的电传导和自律性有关。

Analysis of 106 cases Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Arrhythmia

Objective: To study the type and causes of dilated cardiomyopathy with arrhythmia.Method: We reviewed the occurrence rate type and heart function,artrioventricular in 106 cases dilated cardiomyopathy with arrhythmia.Result: The rate of arrhythmia is 92.7%.During all the cases.The AVB and ventricular arrhythmia is 68.5% and 65.1% respectively.There's relationship between ventricular arrhythmia and left ventricular dilated(P<0.05).The atrial fibrillation if related with left atrial dilated(P<0.01).Conclusion: The dilated cardiomyopathy with arrhythmia is variable and related with cardiac electrophy siological abnormality resulted from myocardial fibrosis and then affect myocardiod cell electic conduction and automaticity.
