摘    要:目的:监测我院烧伤病房一定时期内连续分离的病原微生物的分布情况及对常用抗生素的耐药性,以指导临床用药.方法:分析我院2003年1月至2005年1月烧伤病房送检的325份脓液及分泌物标本中分析出的101株病原菌的分布情况,并用K-B法监测其对常用抗生素的耐药性.结果:分离的致病菌总数为101株,检出阳性率为31%.其中革兰氏阴性杆菌(GNb)有38株,占38%;葡萄球菌属41株,占40%.致病菌前几位分别为:铜绿假单胞菌14株,占14%;金黄色葡萄球菌12株,占12%;不动杆菌属8株,占8%.各种致病菌均有不同程度的耐药.结论:由于各种耐药机制导致多种耐药菌株的产生,故临床微生物工作者应加强细菌耐药性监测,为烧伤病人的治疗提供合理的用药依据.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated from burn unit in a consecutive period.Methods: The distribution of 101 strains isolated from 325 abscess and secretion samples from patients in burn unit from January 2003 to January 2005 was analysed.K-B was used to detect antibiotic resistance of 101 strains against antibiotic agents.Results: One hundred and one strains of pathogen were isolated from 325 samples,and the positive rate was 31%,38(38%) strains of which were gram-negative bacteria,and 41(40%) strains of which were Staphylococci.The most common pathogens were: Pseudomonas aeruginosa(14 strains,12%),S.aureus(12 strains,12%),and Acinetobacter spp.(8 strains,8%).Each pathogen has different degree of antibiotic resistance against antibiotics agents.Conclusion: Varied mechanisms induce the production of multiple-resistance strains,and it is essential to detect the resistant rate of bacilli,so as to provide evidence for the treatment of patients from burn unit.
