建立中等专业卫生学校临床课教学质量评价体系和监控体系的研究

在分析目前临床课教学质量评价和监控现状的基础上。根据现代教育思想和理论，结合中专卫校临床课教学实际设置科学合理的评价体系，从新的角度，全面指导临床课的教学改革与实践，为临床课的教学提供一种新方法、新模式、新经验，在教学方法、教学手段、考试方法、质量评价与监控等教学改革方面进行系统化、创新性的研究，能够提高教学质量，培养实用型、创新型卫生专业技术人才。毕业生的反馈信息以及用人单位的意见．普遍反映这种人才培养模式符合医院的发展要求，培养的人才素质高、技术全面，医院用得上、留得住。

Research of Establishment of the Clinical Teaching Quality Evaluation and Control System in Secondary Medical Schools

With an analysis of the present evaluation of the clinical teaching and quality control system and based on the modern educational thinking and concept in combination with clinical teaching courses in the secondary medical schools , the author tries to raise a new mode of teaching , examination and evaluation system and quality control. The purpose is to train more qualified, useful professional personnel. The feedbacks and comments of the employers on our graduates indicate that this kind of training mode can satisfy the aims of the development of hospitals, because they can work well with good skills, and are all willing to serve for a long time.
