| 摘 要： | 采用理气和胃止痛为主。寒邪客胃,治宜散寒止痛;饮食停滞,治宜消食导滞;肝气犯胃,治宜疏肝理气;肝胃郁热,治宜疏肝泄热和胃;瘀血停滞,治宜活血化瘀;阴亏虚治,宜养阴益胃;脾胃虚寒,治宜温中健脾。治疗50例,服药2剂后胃脘痛即获明显效果。
