摘    要:目的研究碘过量对Wistar成年大鼠海马神经元的影响。方法断乳1个月Wistar大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:适碘组(NI)、10倍碘组(10HI)、50倍碘组(50HI)和100倍碘组(100HI)。给予不同浓度碘化钾水喂养3个月后,处死取大脑,应用免疫组织化学技术观察海马CA3区神经元,并对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)反应阳性细胞进行形态计量学分析。结果100HI组海马NSE阳性细胞细胞质的平均灰度值较NI组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论碘过量(100HI组)使Wistar成年大鼠海马神经元NSE活性降低,影响神经元的能量代谢。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of iodine excess on neurons of hippocampus in Wistar rat. Methods 40 Wistar rats at the age of one month,half male and half female, were divided into four groups randomly: normal iodine group (NI group),10,50 and 100 folds of normal iodine intake groups (10HI, 50HI and 100HI groups). After feed with different concentration iodine diet for 12 weeks, the morphology change of the hippocampal neurons in Waitar rats were observed. The expressions of NSE were examined by immunohistochemistry, and volume density (Vv), numerical density on area (NA) and the mean grey scale were measured. Results compared with NI group, the mean grey scale of neurons in 100HI group are lower (P<0.01). Conclusion Iodine excess can affect the energy metabolism of hippocampal neurons in rats.
