When compared to a standard dose of a relatively lowconcentration contrast material, the use of a small volume of iomeprol 400 yielded higher arterial enhancement from the abdominal aorta down to the femoral arteries with minimal or no venous overlap and without significant differences in terms of diagnostic output.
