CT检查对股骨颈骨折的诊断以及治疗运用探究

目的探讨CT在股骨颈骨折的诊断以及治疗中的运用。方法对我院2008年1月～2012年7月收治的股骨颈骨折患者283例均进行术前X线检查以及CT检查。并进行三维重建。比较两种方法Garden分型以及解剖分型分析。结果x线片对股骨颈骨折的分型，按照解剖分型其一致率为53．36％，Garden分型一致率为57．60％。而CT检查其分型为97．88％、98．94％，两种检查方法比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。X线片中有32例患者发现骨折端有碎骨片，CT检查中，有138例患者显示有碎骨片，两种方法比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CT检查对股骨颈骨折的诊断以及治疗具有指导意义，值得在临床中推广。

CT examination of the diagnosis and treatment of femoral neck fracture using inquiry

Objective To investigate the CT in the diagnosis and treatment of femoral neck fractures use. Methods A total of 283 cases of femoral neck fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to July 2012, preoper- ative X-ray examination, CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction. Compared the two methods and analysed the Garden classification as well as anatomical type. Results X-ray of femoral neck fracture parting, according to the anatomical site genotyping concordance rate was 53.36%, Garden genotyping concordance rate was 57.60%. CT exam- ination distribution were 97.88%, 98.94%, two methods had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. 32 patients were found to fracture a bone chips X-ray film and CT examination, 138 patients showed fracture bone fragments, the two meth- ods had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CT diagnosis and treatment of femoral neck fracture has guiding significance worthy of promotion in the clinical.
