| 摘 要： | 为探讨肺癌患者细胞免疫功能状态，测定３１例肺癌患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群、ＮＫ活性、ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果：患者ＣＤ＾＋４细胞降低，ＣＤ＾＋８细胞升高，ＣＤ＾＋４／ＣＤ＾＋８比值降低，血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平升高，而ＮＫ活性较正常对照组无显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Objective: Investigate the status of the cellular immunity in primary lung cancer's patients. Method: We have mesured T-lymphocyte subsets, soluble interlcukin-2 recetor (SIL-2R) levels and activities of natural-kill cells in the peripheral blood of 31 patients with paimary lung cancer and 11 health subjects. Result: CD_(4)~+ subsets and ratioes of CD_(4)~+ /CD_(8)~+ in these patients were lower than those in health subjects, CD_(8)~+ subsets and the levels of SIL-2R in these patients were higher than those in health subjects, there was on significant differ in activities of NK cells be-tween these two groups. Conclusion: there be cellular-immunity disorder in primary lung cancer patients, increased the cellular-immunity functions will be the important component in the primary lung cancer's treatment. |
