摘    要:目的探讨重建钛板与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的临床疗效。方法用克氏针内固定治疗132例,重建钛板40例,比较两种方法治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的疗效和各自的优点。结果经3~48个月的随访,克氏针内固定组,优78例,良36例,可17例,差1例,优良率86.4%。重建钛板组,优37例,良2例,可1例,优良率97、5%。结论对锁骨中1/3横断性或斜形骨折,克氏针钢丝内固定治疗应视为取材方便、经济实用、稳固可靠的选择,而对粉碎性骨折,重建钛板内固定为理想方法。

Abstract:s: To explore the curative effect of reconstruction titanium plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of mid-shaft clavicular fractures. 132 cases of mid-shaft clavicular fractures were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation and 40 cases with reconstruction titanium plate. Compared the curative effect and of the two methods in the treatment of mid-shaft clavicular fractures. All the cases were followed up ranging from 3 months to 48 months. In the Kirschner wire internal fixation group, the results were excellent in 78 cases, good in 36 cases, fair in 17 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 86.4%; then in the reconstruction titanium plate, the results were excellent in 37 cases, good in 2 cases and fair in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 97.5%. Conclusion] The Kirschner wire internal fixation is a convenient, economical, practical and reliable therapeutic method to treat mid-shaft clavicular transfracture and inclined fractures; and the reconstruction titanium plate internal fixation is an ideal method to treat splintered fracture.
