芦笋香菇汁对高脂血症的影响

目的：从人体实验和动物实验两方面观察芦笋香菇汁对高脂血症的影响。方法：１．静脉注射四氧嘧啶和腹腔注射７５％鲜蛋黄乳液造成小鼠实验性高脂血症和高血糖模型，用芦笋香菇汁进行治疗；２．２９例高脂血症患者服用芦笋香菇汁４周，观察治疗效果。结果：小鼠预先服１周芦笋香菇汁可预防实验性高血脂和高血糖，作用程度与已知降脂、降糖药相当，且ＨＤＬ－Ｃ不降低；芦笋香菇汁可降低受试者血浆ＴＧ浓度，ＴＣ和ＬＤＬ－Ｃ浓度明显下降，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ浓度升高。结论：芦笋香菇汁对血浆脂蛋白有明显影响，对人体高脂血症有治疗作用，可降低冠心病的危险因素。

TX THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF ASPARAGUS AND LENTINUS JUICE ON HYPERLIPIDEMIA

In　order　to　investigate　the　effect　of　Asparagus　and　Lentiuns　mixed　juice　on　hyperlipidemia,two　experiments　were　conducted　as　follows: 1.An　animal　model　of　hyperlipidemia　and　hyperglycemia　was　established　by　treating　normal　Kunming　mice　with　alloxan(iv)　and　yolk(ip).40　normal　Kunming　mice　were　divided　into　four　groups:Control　group　(C);Hyperlipidemia　group　(H);Vegetable　mixed　juice　group　(V)　and　Drug　group　(D).C　and　H　group　were　given　normal　saline,V　group　was　given　vegetable　mixed　juice,D　group　was　given　Fenofibrate　and　Metformin　(300mg/kg　respectively).All　of　the　experimental　liquid　were　given　by　gavage　once　a　day,at　dose　of　0.03mg/g　body　weight　for　10　days.The　results　indicated:　compared　with　H　group,the　serum　total　cholesterol　(TC)　triglyceride　(TG),low　density　lipoprotein　(LDL C)　and　blood　glucose　(BG)　in　V　and　D　group　decreased,the　high　density　lipoprotein　(HDL C)increased　significantly　(P<0.01).Compared　with　D　group,the　serum　TC,TG,LDL C　and　BG　in　V　group　decreased　much　more.It　is　suggested　that:the　vegetable　mixed　juice　may　prevent　and　cure　experimental　hyperlipidemia　and　hyperglycemia,and　keep　the　serum　HDL C　at　a　normal　level. 2.The　therapeutic　effects　of　vegetable　mixed　juice　on　hyperlipidemia　in　29　people　were　investigated.The　subjects　ingested　120ml　juice　per　day.After　4　weeks,the　average　values　of　TC　and　TG　and　LDL C　were　significantly　decreased　by　0.86,136　and　049　mmol/L　respectively,the　HDL C　was　significantly　increased　by　012mmol/L　(P<001).The　atherosclerosis　index　(TC HDL/HDL)　was　decreased　by　2.01　(P<0.01).From　the　data　presented,it　suggests　that　the　vegetable　mixed　juice　may　exert　a　beneficial　influence　on　hyperlipidemia.
