2005年富宁县法定传染病疫情分析

[目的]了解富宁县法定传染病的流行情况,为政府部门制定传染病防治措施提供参考依据。[方法]对2005年富宁县各医疗单位上报的疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2005年富宁县合计报告法定传染病16种、1129例,总发病率为289.75/10万,其中乙类传染病12种、868例,丙类传染病4种、261例。发病率居前3位的是肺结核(449例)、痢疾(175例)、流感(152例)。发生2起学校中的流感暴发,1起学校中的感染性腹泻暴发。[结论]呼吸道传染病和肠道传染病是富宁县传染病防治的重点。

Analysis of the Epidemic of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Funing County in 2005

[Objective]To understand the epidemic of notifiable diseases in Funing county,provide scientific basis for the government to establish prevention and control measures.[Methods]Epidemic data reported from medical institutes at different levels in Funing county in 2005 were analyzed.[Results]Total of 1 129 cases with 16 kinds of notifiable diseases were reported in 2005,the morbidity was 289.75/100 000.Of them class B infectious diseases accounted for 12 kinds with 868 cases.Class C infectious diseases accounted for 4 kinds with 261 cases.The first 3 incidence of the diseases was TB(449),dysentery(175) and influenza(152).2 outbreaks of influenza and an outbreak of diarrhea were reported from schools.[Conclusion]The main epidemic of infectious diseases was respiratory infectious diseases and infectious diseases of intestinal tract.
