密闭式预冲透析器在血液透析中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨与密闭式预冲透析器代替半开放式预冲透析器的临床应用效果.方法 将100只透析器随机分为实验组和观察组各50只,实验组采用密闭式预冲方法在透析前预冲洗,对照组则用传统半开放式进行冲洗.结果 两组透析器均未检出细菌和内毒素 过氧乙酸残留阴性,2组透析器用于血液透析未见热原反应,但实验组和对照组在用物准备整理时间、护士完成预冲过程所走路程、瓶盖橡胶屑脱落、预冲液成本、接瓶换液次数等效果比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 采用密闭式预冲透析器方法,安全、省力、便于操作.

Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of the closed pre-rinsing dialyzer replacing the semi-open dialyzer in hemodialysis. Methods 100 dialyzers were randomly divided into study group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The dialyzers in the study group were washed by closed pre-rirsing method before dialysis; and those in the control group received semi-open pre-rinsing method. Results Bacteria and endotoxins were undetectable in the two group. The residual peracetic acid was negative. No pyrogen reaction occurred as the two dialyzers were used for hemodialysis. But there were significant differences between the two groups in time to preparing materials,the distance required for completion of pre-rinsing,drop of rubber crumbs from the covers,the pre-rinsing cost,and the number of changingliquid (P<0.01).Conclusions The closed pre-rinsing dialyzer for hemodialysis is safe,convenient,and easy to operate.
