| 摘 要： | 目的探讨安宁疗护在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法将2019年4月-8月于我院就诊的60例乳腺癌患者按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于精神关注的安宁疗护。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结果干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分(45.35±6.56)分明显低于对照组的(55.89±8.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者实施安宁疗护有助于改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of hospice care in patients with breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital from April to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given tranquility therapy based on mental concern.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used.Results After intervention,the SAS score of the observation group(45.35±6.56)was significantly lower than that of the control group(55.89±8.33),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospice care for breast cancer patients can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients.It is conducive to improving the quality of patients’life. |
