尘肺病患者动脉血气分析和肺功能检测比较分析

动脉血气分析和肺功能作为尘肺病辅助性实验室检查中较为重要的诊疗指标,两者不仅有助于了解尘肺病人的代偿功能、判定其预后,而且也有助于对病情演变和疗效的动态观察。为了探讨尘肺病患者动脉血气分析和肺功能的差异,分别从尘肺病患者期别、年龄、工龄及动脉血气分析和肺功能损伤情况的关联性上进行综述。通过对尘肺病患者动脉血气分析和肺功能检测的比较分析,认为尘肺病期别、尘肺病患者的年龄均能影响动脉血气分析和肺功能,它们与接尘工龄关系不明确,尘肺病患者肺功能的损害情况与动脉血气分析的情况均一致。动脉血气分析和肺功能在尘肺病劳动能力鉴定中起着重要的作用,在对尘肺病患者进行致残等级鉴定时,如果肺功能检查结果异常或者患者由于各种原因无法进行肺功能检查时,需对患者进行动脉血气分析检测,综合评定。从某种意义上来说,动脉血气分析比肺功能的测定更客观、直接,有利于提高劳动能力致残等级分级鉴定的正确性。

Comparative study of arterial blood gas analysis and lung function testing of pneumoconiosis patients

The arterial blood gas analysis and lung function test are relatively important in the diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis. In order to explore the different effect of arterial blood gas analysis and lung function test of pneumoconiosis patients, this article discussed the affecting factors, the consistency and inconsistency, the convenience of examination, the sensitivity and the use of these two indicators. In a sense, arterial blood gas analysis is more objectively and directly than lung function test, and of great help to improve the accuracy of disability grade classification.
