胃癌患者外周血调节性T细胞密度的临床意义及预后价值研究

目的 了解胃癌患者外周血调节性T细胞（Treg）密度与患者临床病理特征及术后预后的关系.方法 使用流式细胞计数法测定一组接受根治性手术的胃癌患者（n=75）及健康对照组（n=25）外周血中CD4＋ CD25＋ FoxP3＋的Treg密度,比较两组患者Treg的平均水平,并分析Treg密度与胃癌患者的临床病理特征及预后的关系.结果 胃癌患者外周血Treg平均密度显著高于对照组（P =0.007）.与Treg低密度的患者相比,高密度的患者肿瘤平均直径较大（P=0.013）、TNM分期更高（P =0.029）,其术后复发率较高（P =0.029）、生存时间较短（P =0.025）.结论 胃癌患者外周血Treg密度显著增加,且提示预后不佳.

Clinical and prognostic significance of regulatory T cell density in peripheral blood of patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationships among the peripheral blood regulatory T （Treg） cell density,clinicopathological features and post-operative prognosis in patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods The density of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ FoxP3 ＋ Treg cell was prospectively calculated with flow cytometer in the peripheral blood from a series of patients with gastric carcinoma（n =75）and healthy controls（n =25）.The mean numbers of Treg cell were compared between the two groups.In patients with gastric carcinoma,associations among Treg density,clinicopathological features and post-operative prognosis were analyzed.Results The average level of Treg density in patients was significandy higher than that in healthy controls（P =0.007）.Gastric carcinoma patients with high Treg densities had larger tumor sizes （P =0.013）,more advanced TNM stages （P =0.029）,higher rates of tumor recurrence （P =0.029） and shorter overall survivals（P =0.025）.Conclusion The density of Treg cell elevated in patients with gastric carcinoma,and high Treg density is an indicator of poor prognosis.
