纤维支气管镜在肺癌诊断中的应用

目的提高对纤维支气管镜检查在早期肺癌诊断中重要的作用认识。方法对128例经纤支镜检查并经病理组织学及细胞学证实诊断肺癌患者作相关分析。结果128例肺癌患者经纤支镜不同取材方法检出率分别为钳检74．14％；刷检46．4％；钳检＋刷检93．02％；TBLB＋盲刷55．5％；128例肺癌镜下改变以直接征象为主占68．75％（88／128），间接征象占31．25％（40128）；鳞癌中81．96％（50／61）表现为直接征象，腺癌为53．57％（15／28），小细胞癌为81．25％（13／16）；鳞癌多呈新生物占59．01％（36／61）；腺癌则以新生物和外压为主67．85％，（19／28），小细胞癌主要呈新生物和浸润性改变，共占81．25％（13／16）。结论纤维支气管镜检查是早期诊断肺癌的最主要手段，具有重要作用。
