| 摘 要： | 目的通过与美国的食品安全标准体系进行比较,分析两国在食品安全标准体系上的差异,并提出完善我国食品安全管理的对策建议。方法收集美国法律法规和食品安全标准资料与我国的现状进行比较研究。结果通过比较分析发现两国的差异和我国的不足之处。结论需要借鉴美国的食品安全标准体系建设的先进经验,健全和完善我国的食品安全标准体系。
