中医不同治法对糖尿病大鼠冠状动脉结扎致心肌缺血预防作用的对比观察

摘    要:目的:比较中医不同治法对糖尿病大鼠冠状动脉结扎致心肌缺血的预防作用。方法:采用链脉佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)大鼠加冠状动脉结扎致心肌缺血模型,以加味桃核承气汤及拆方组成不同治法,观察其对心肌缺血面积、心电图异律率、T波、术后2h存活率的影响。结果:中医治疗各组均能显著降低心肌缺血面积,提高存活率(P<0.05,P<0.01),尤以综合组明显。加味桃核承气汤组、综合组对心电图T波异常有显著改善作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴、泄热通下、重视活血是防治糖尿病冠心病的有效治法。

Contrast Observation on Preventive Effect of Different Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatments on Coronary Artery Ligation Induced Myocardial Ischemia in Rats with Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:Objective: To compare the preventive effect of different TCM treatment on coronary artery ligation induced myocardial ischemia in rats with diabetes mellitus. Methods: Model rats of diabetes mellitus induced by strepto zotocin were used to form myocardial ischemia models by coronary artery ligation, which were treated by modi fied Taohe Chengqi Decoction (TCD) and different combination of its ingredients. The effect of different TCM treatment on ischemic area, arrhythmia rate and T-wave in electrocardiogram, and 2 hrs postoperational survival rate Were observed. Results: Effect of reducing ischemic area and raising survival rate (P<0. 05, P<0. 01) showed in all the groups treated by different TCM treatment, especially in the group treated with comprehensive TCM. Obvious improvement on T-wave revealed in the groups treated with TCD and comprehensive TCM (P <0. 05, P<0. 01). Conclusion: Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Yin, Expelling Heat by purgation and accen tuating on activating blood circulation is an effective method of TCM in treating and preventing diabetic coronary heart disease.
