| 摘 要： | 目的观察经胃黏膜下层食管胃黏膜单层吻合法的抗反流效果。方法采用经胃黏膜下层食管胃黏膜单层吻合法施行食管癌、贲门癌手术305例。术后行X线吞钡、胃镜和食管pH检查。结果术后无1例早期死亡,未发生吻合口瘘,2例出现轻度胃食管反流。结论经胃黏膜下层食管胃黏膜单层吻合法具有明显的抗反流优势,且效果确切、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect on preventing gastroesophageal reflux in transgastrosubmucosa gastroesophageal mucosa-mucosa anastomosis.Methods 305 patients suffered from esophagus carcinoma or gastric cardia carcinoma were undergone esophagogastrostomy by transgastrosubmucosa gastroesophageal mucosa-mucosa anastomosis.The X-ray,gastroscopy and esophageal pH-metry check were tested after operation.Results None of anastomotic leak and no perioperative death occurred.There were only two cases of reflux esoph... |
