重症肌无力患者焦虑、抑郁状况调查与护理

目的探讨重症肌无力患者焦虑、抑郁症状发生率、特点及相关因素。方法采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表为评定工具,对86例重症肌无力患者进行调查分析,分析患者年龄、性别、文化程度、病程、病情等对心理状况的影响。结果重症肌无力焦虑、抑郁的发生率分别为48.8%和60.5%;病程长、病情较重、文化程度较高的患者焦虑、抑郁发生率明显增加。结论针对性的实施个体化心理护理可改善焦虑、抑郁症状,有助于重症肌无力患者的康复。

Analysis on anxiety and depression among myasthenia gravis patients and nursing measures

Objective To investigate the occurrence,clinical features and related factors of anxiety and depression among myasthenia gravis patients.Methods 86 patients with myasthenia gravis were investigated by self-evaluating measurements of SDS and SAS.The influences of age,sex,education,illness course and severity of illness on patients' mental states were evaluated.Results The occurrence rates of anxiety and depression among myasthenia gravis patients were 48.8% and 60.5%,respectively.Those with a long,severe illness and a high educational background had more anxiety and depression.Conclusions Individual nursing could improve the states of anxiety and depression among myasthenia gravis patients,thus helping in the rehabilitation of patients.
