| 摘 要： | 我们对放置金属单环妇女101例及对照组113例于输卵管结扎时取峡部组织进行了镜检。同时用Opton显微镜灰度仪检测了IUD组30例输卵管粘膜纤毛细胞复盖面积的变化,并与对照组17例对比。结果IUD组输卵管有炎性病理改变者占71.29%,对照组为56.64%(P<0.05)。纤毛细胞复盖面积IUD组为22.63%,对照组为38.18%(P<0.05)。提示IUD组与输卵管炎性病变有关,输卵管纤毛细胞复盖面积亦明显减少。

| Abstract: | The tissues of isthmus tubae uterinae of 101 women with inserted IUDs and 113women without inserted IUDs were observed by microscopy.The rate changes of thecovered area of ciliated cells wereobserved in oviducts of 30 cases with inserted IUDsand 17 cases without inserted IUDs. The results showed that the incidence of salpingitiswas 71.29% in IUD group and 56.64% in the control group(p<0.05),and the rate ofcovered area of cilialed cells was 22.63% in the IUD group and 38.18% in the controlgroup(P<0.05). It was suggested that the incidence of salpingitis was raised andthe rate of covered area of ciliated cells reduced obviously in relation to using IUD. |
