家庭环境与医学生心理健康状况的关系及影响因素分析

目的探讨家庭环境与医学生心理健康状况的关系和相关的影响因素。方法整群、分层抽取我院临床相关各专业医学生580人,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)和自制的社会人口统计学指标进行团体问卷调查,所得资料用统计软件SPSS 13.0对数据进行统计学处理。结果①FES-CV得分与中国常模的十个因子都有显著性差异,除矛盾性得分高于常模外,其它因子得分均低于常模。②家庭环境与医学生心理健康水平存在着显著相关性。③年级、性别、民族、专业满意度、是否是独生子女、家庭所在地、家庭经济情况等因素各自独立影响着家庭环境量表的单个或多因子。结论①家庭环境对医学生心理健康有重要的影响作用。②家庭关系受专业满意度、家庭所在地、家庭经济情况等因素的影响。

Analysis of Correlation between Family Environment and Medical Students' Mental Health and Influencing Factors

Objective To examine the correlation between family environment and medical students' mental health and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 580 students of various clinical specialties from our college were clustered and stratified.They were investigated with SCL-90,Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV) and self-designed indexes of social demography.The statistical software of SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data.Results 1.There were significant differences between the scores of FES-CV and ten factors of the Chinese norm.All items except the item of inconsistency scored under the norm.2.There was a significant correlation between family environment and the medical students' mental health status.3.One or more items of FES-CV were influenced by grade,sex,nationality,satisfaction of specialty,whether or not being the only child in the family,home location,and financial status of the family.Conclusion 1.Family environment has an important effect on medical students' mental health.2.Family relation is significantly influenced by satisfaction of specialty,home location and financial status of the family.
