螺旋CT在肺及肝脏肿瘤射频消融治疗术中及术后疗效观察中的应用

目的探讨螺旋CT在肺及肝脏肿瘤射频消融术中及术后疗效观察中的应用价值。方法在螺旋CT导引下对35例肺及肝肿瘤患者38个肿瘤病灶进行射频消融治疗，术中观察射频后瘤体CT值及邻近组织情况，术后CT复查观察肿瘤变化。结果通过螺旋CT引导对38个瘤体准确定位；直观观察电极在肿瘤中的位置及爪状细电极针在肿瘤内展开情况。肺及肝脏肿瘤射频治疗后瘤体内CT值减低，部分瘤灶内可见气化灶。术后1个月复查CT，瘤体缩小，增强扫描无强化，呈略低密度肿块影。术后3个月复查CT，治疗总有效率85．71％（30／35）。结论螺旋CT能够准确引导肺及肝肿瘤射频消融治疗，准确评估疗效。

Application of spiral CT in therapy observation during and after radiofrequency ablation for lung and liver tumors
