腹部闭合性损伤诊疗分析

目的提高腹部闭合性损伤的诊治水平。方法回顾分析腹部闭合性损伤的诊断要点、手术探查原则、剖腹探查指征、治疗结果、以及主要脏器的手术处理原则。结果治愈120例，死亡6例，主要死亡原因为严重休克、严重合并伤。结论详细了解受伤经过、仔细的体格检查特别是腹膜刺激征以及腹腔穿刺、X线是诊断腹部闭合性损伤是否有脏器损伤的主要依据，及时诊断、及时发现剖腹探查指征、早期手术及正确处理主要脏器的损伤可明显提高手术成功率及治愈率，减少死亡率。

Analysis on diagnosis and treatment of closed injury of abdomen

Objective Improve the treatment of closed injury of abdomen. Methods Review the treatment of 126 cases with closed injury of abdomen during the past twenty years. We put great emphasis on its principal points, therapeutic outcome, explorative principal of op- eration, indication of exploratory lapamtomy, principal of operation on main visceral organs and operative examination. Results 120 patients were cured and six patients were died because of serious shock and comphtating disease. Conclusion Understanding the course of the injury in details, careful physical examinations, early diagnosis and treatment is quite important for closed injury of abdomen. It can increase cure rate and reduce the death rate.
