针刺优选法结合标准分期与康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫

目的:探讨针刺优选法治疗中风偏瘫标准分期的康复疗效。方法:在统一诊断标准以及入选标准的前提下,将120例患者随机分为治疗组(A组)、对照组(B组)和康复组(C组)。采用修订的Brunnstrom分级、简化Fugl-Meyer评价法、Barthel氏ADL指数分别评定肢体功能恢复程度、运动功能水平、日常生活能力;观察两组针刺方法和康复训练对中风病偏瘫患者的疗效评价结果。结果:治疗组对偏瘫肢体功能的改善、运动功能水平、日常生活能力的提高均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺优选法结合标准分期法在改善偏瘫肢体功能方面有独特的优势,可明显提高患者的运动功能水平及日常生活能力。

Clinical observation on rehabilitation therapy effects of acupoint careful selection methods combined with standard staging sys-tem on apoplectic hemiplegia patients

Objective:To explore rehabilitation therapy effects on apoplectic hemiplegia patients by acupoint careful selection methods combined with standard staging system.Methods:Under unified diagnostic criteria and enrolled criteria,120 patients with apoplectic hemiplenia were randomly divided into treatment group(Group A,n=40) treated by acupoint careful selection methods combined with staging system,control group(Group B,n=40) treated by routine acupuncture and rehahilitation group(Group C,n=40).Limb function rehabilitation degrees, motor function level and daily life ability were assessed by using modified Brunnstrom rating,brief Fugl-Meyer and Bartheis ADL index assessment methods to investigate therapeutic effects of acupoint careful selection methods combined with standard staging system on apoplectic hemiplegia.Results:The treatment group in the improvement of limb function,motor function level and daily life ability of apoplectic hemiplegia patients was superior to the control group with significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:acupoint careful selection methods combined with standard staging system has an unique advantage in improvement of limb function,increasing motor function and daily life ability of apoplectic hemiplegia patients.
