无菌手术器械术中空气污染的研究

摘    要:在经常规方法充分消毒灭菌的手术室内的同一个手术器械台上,放置两组手术器械(暴露组和覆盖组),分别于手术开始后30min、60min、90min随机取样进行细菌培养。结果显示:暴露组空气细菌总污染率高出覆盖组1.18倍,并且时间愈久细菌阳性率愈高,为手术室内控制感染提供了实验室依据。

Abstract:Routinely sterilized surgical instruments were divided into two groups and put on the same instrument table, one group was covered with dressing and the other was exposed to the air. The samples were collected at 30min, 60min,and 90min respectively after operation began and bacterium culture was done. The results showed that the general air contamination rate of the exposed group was 1. 18 times higher than that of the covered one. The exposure time had a positive correlation with bacterium contamination rate.This study gave the laboratory evidence for controlling the infection in the operation room.
