| 摘 要： | 目的总结室间隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭的诊断和手术处理的经验。方法总结我院1996-05～2000-12手术治疗室间隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭29例,除早期1例采取分期手术外,其余均同期手术矫治。结果主动脉阻断时间为24～155min,1例术中死亡。结论室间隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭应当考虑同期手术,同期手术并不增加病死率,但应加强术前诊断、术中探查和术后处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience in management of ventricular septal defect (VSD)with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).Methods From1996to2000December29patients of VSD with PDA underwent surgical correction.Most of them were associated with pulmonary hypertension.One case was repaired by twe-stage.The remaining had repaired by single-stage.Results The total time of aortic cross clamping was24-155min.One case died during the operation.Conclusion The single-stage operation on VSD and PDA should be recommended,and it couldn't increased death rate.But it's important to reinforce preoperative diagnosis,exploration during operation,and management after operation. |
