硝酸甘油对老龄心脏疾患大鼠手术后微循环的改善作用

摘    要:目的 :从微循环角度探讨硝酸甘油对老龄心脏疾患大鼠胃大部切除手术后的影响。方法 :注射垂体后叶素复制心肌缺血模型 ,观察老龄心肌缺血大鼠手术后微循环的变化。结果 :有心脏疾患的大鼠手术后 1h开始血压明显下降 ,微循环中第三级动、静脉的血流速度、血液流量和毛细血管开放数明显减少。而硝酸甘油治疗组的微循环参数无明显改变。结论 :由老龄心肌缺血大鼠的实验提示 ,老年有心脏疾患的病人在中、大型腹部手术后 ,可能会带来机体微循环的严重紊乱 ,给予硝酸甘油可起到明显的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Nitroglycerin on the microcirculation of elderly rats with myocardial ischemia after the operation of subtotal gastrectomy.Method: The model of myocardial ischemia was reproduced by Vasopressin administration at a dose of 1 U/kg body weight for 4 days.25 weeks elderly rats were used to investigate the microcirculation changes after subtotal gastrectomy.Results: It was found that the mean arterial pressure,blood flow,blood velocity and the number of open capillary were decreased remarkably 1 hour after subtotal gastrectomy in elderly rats with myocardial ischemia.No obvious changs was observed in Nitroglycerin-treated group.Conclusion: The study indicates that Nitroglycerin can improve the microcirculation of ischemic elderly rats after abdominal operation.
