血液分析仪RT-7600血小板计数的准确性与手工复检的比较分析

目的 对血液分析仪RT-7600血小板计数的准确性同手工复检进行对比分析的结果进行探讨.方法 随机抽取在2012-02-2012-03榆林市榆阳区疾病预防控制中心搜集到的静脉血标本80份,并将其分成血小板数量降低组、正常组和数量升高组,同时按照体积分成小血小板组、正常组和大血小板组,分别对这80份标本采用血液分析仪RT-7600对血小板计数进行检测,同时展开手工复检,对这两种检测方法的监测结果进行对比分析.结果 经比较发现,血小板数量以及大小正常的情况下,两种检测方法的监测结果基本一致(P＞0.05);然在血小板体积较小时,血液分析仪RT-7600与手工复检之间的差异比较显著(P＜0.05).结论 采用血液分析仪RT-7600对血小板计数进行检测的准确性较高,但在血小板体积较小时可对其实施手工复检,提高检测的准确性.

A Comparative Analysis of the Accuracy of Haematology Analyzer RT-7600 with Manual Re-examination for Platelet Count

Objective To compare the accuracy of haematology analyzer RT -7600 and manual re -examination for platelet count,and analyse the comparison results. Method： I radomly take 80 venous blood samples from the sam- ples collected by Yulin Yuyang District Disease Control and Provention Center between Fabruary 2012 and March 2012. According to the number of platelets, I divide the samples into three groups with decreased, normal, and in- creased number of platelets. According to the volume of platelets, I also divide the samples into three groups with large, normal, and small volume of platelets. I conduct the platelet count test through both haematology analyzer RT - 7600 and manual re - examination, and then compare and analyse the results. Result： The comparison shows that for the groups with normal number or normal volume of platelets, the results from haematology analyzer RT -7600 and manual re - examination are consistent with each other（ P 〉 00.05 ）. However,for the group with small volume of platelets, the two methods show results with significant difference. Conclusion：In general, the haematology analy- zer RT -7600 has a higher accuracy than manual re - examination for platelet count test. But for an exception of small volume platelets, manual re -examination can be used to improve accuracy.
