| 硫酸软骨素裂解酶ABC的制备 |

| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了简便易行的制备硫酸软骨素裂解酶ＡＢＣ的方法。从普通变形杆菌６０１０菌体中提取了硫酸软骨素裂解酶ＡＢＣ，经链霉素沉淀，硫酸铵沉淀，ＤＥＡＥ—纤维素柱层析和磷酸纤维素柱层析五步后，酶比活力提高９１倍，纯品经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示单一蛋白带。

| Abstract: | Chondroitinase ABC (Chase ABC) was prepared from P.vulgaris 6010,which was used to study GAG structure.Specific activity was up 91 times in the most highly purified chase ABC and the enzyme showed a single stripe by acrylamide gel electrophoresis. |
