瘦素与基质金属蛋白酶-9在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨胃癌组织中瘦素（Leptin）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测20例胃炎组织（对照组）及50例不同分化程度胃癌组织中Leptin、MMP-9的表达。结果：（1）胃癌中Leptin的阳性表达明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），并与胃癌的分化分型有关，与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05）。（2）胃癌中MMP-9的阳性表达显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），并与胃癌的分化分型都有关，且与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05）。（3）Leptin与MMP-9在胃癌中的表达呈负相关（r=-0．507，P=0．000）。结论：Leptin和MMP-9与胃癌的浸润、转移有关，但Leptin在胃癌中对MMP-9起负调节作用。

Expression of leptin and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma

Objective： To investigate the significance of the expression of Leptin and MMP-9 in human gastric cancer. Methods： Leptin and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin- peroxidase method （S-P method） in 20 gastritis and 50 gastric cancer. Results： （1） Leptin positive expression in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in the gastritis （P〈0.01）, and Leptin positive expression was correlated with the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, pathological type and classification degree （P〈0.05） .（2） MMP-9 positive expression in gastric cancer was more than that in gastritis （P〈0.01）, and MMP-9 positive expression was correlated with pathological type and classification degree and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.（3）the expression of Leptin in GC was negative correlated with that of MMP-9 （r= - 0.507,P=0.000）. Conclusion： Leptin and MMP-9 countribute to the invasion and metastasis in gastric carcinoma,but Leptin makes negative accommodation to MMP-9.
