慢性肾小球疾病血浆降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素变化

了解慢性肾小球疾病患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)的意义。采用放免法测定100例不同临床表现患者血浆CGRP和ET水平,19例正常人作为对照。结果慢性肾衰和各种表现的肾炎患者CGRP均显著降低,ET/CGRP比值显著增高,肾病综合征患者CGRP降低较为显著,肾衰患者ET显著高于肾功能正常者。在肾功正常的肾炎患者中,高血压与血压正常者之间血浆CGRP和ET均无显著差异。在肾衰患者中高血压者ET则显著高于血压正常者,血液透析者ET显著高于非透析者,前者在透析后CGRP水平显著增高,ET显著降低,ET降低值与CGRP增加值呈显著正相关。CGRP和ET可能参与慢性肾脏疾病的发病。

Calcitonin Gene-related Peptide and Endothelin Levels in Patients with Chronic Glomerular Diseases

To find the possible relationship between chronic glomerular diseases and plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) or endothelin(ET),CGRP and ET were detected in 100 patients with chronic glomerular diseases by radioimmunoassay, 19 healthy people were used as normal controls. It was showed that CGRP were lowered in all groups of nephrotic patients with different manifestations,and those with nephrotic syndrome were of the lowest CGRP concentration. There was no marked increase of plasma ET in all but patients with chronic renal failure. There were no differences between plasma CGRP in patients with hypertension and those with normal blood presure.but ET levels were higher in the former than the latter with chronic renal failure. There were higher plasma ET levels in patients on hemodialysis than in patients on conservative treatment. The CGRP levels were elevated after hemodialysis but the ET levels declined clearly. The increase of CGRP was inversely correlated to the decrease of ET. CGRP and ET might be contributive to the pathogenesis of chronic renal diseases.
