| 摘 要： | 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有干细胞的一般特性,主要存在于骨髓基质中,具有横向分化潜能,可以向3个胚层细胞进行分化。近年来,许多学者通过实验研究BMSCs在体外诱导分化为神经样细胞的机制。体外培养、扩增BMSCs分别采用化学诱导剂或生物诱导剂可诱导BMSCs分化神经样细胞,并表达神经元标志物。本文就对BMSCs向神经样细胞诱导分化的影响因素予以综述。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow stromal cells （BMSCs） have common characteristics of stem cells. BMSCs exist in bone marrow stroma and can differentiate into three blastodermic type cells. Many researchers have studied the mechanism of differentiation of BMSCs into neuron-like cells in vitro. Isolation, cultivation and amplification of BMSCs were carried out,and can be induced to differentiate into neurocytes by chemical inducer and biological inducer respectively with the expression of neuronspecific markers. This article reviewed the literatures about the influential factors of BMSCs differentiation into neuron-like cells. |
