| 摘 要： | 目的了解目前海勤人员对海战伤救护知识掌握的情况,为指导海勤部队有针对性地进行海战伤救护知识培训提供依据,以实施切实可行的有效的培训。方法采用问卷调查法,对217名海勤人员进行问卷调查,根据海战致伤特点进行分析。结果在自救互救6项技术、特殊伤现场救护、心理应激调适等方面知识的掌握上,核潜艇、常规潜艇艇员及潜水员之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在特殊武器伤现场救护相关知识中,生物、化学武器伤救护知识的掌握和海上求生技术中的水中脱险法知识的掌握,三者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对战伤救护知识其余各项的掌握均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海勤人员对自救互救技术及海上求生知识掌握较好,特殊伤救护知识的掌握普遍欠缺,应结合海战致伤特点和规律有针对性地加强培训。
