| 摘 要： | 61例小儿急性阑尾炎穿孔性腹膜炎的治疗分为甲乙两组。乙组在甲组治疗基础上兼用抗厌氧菌药物等措施后,腹部并发症发生率由48.3％下降到10％。并对术后并发症的防治作了简短讨论。

| Abstract: | Sixty-one children with perforative peritonitis of acute appendicitis are treated in two groups, A and B. The complication rate of group B is reduced from 48.3% to 10% because of the combined use of the therapy for group A arid anti- anaerobe annex. A brief discussion is made of the prevention of postoperative complications. |
