摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多模式重组技术在颌面部骨折的临床应用价值。方法:35例颌面骨骨折,采用6层螺旋CT容积扫描,获得原始轴位图像,并将数据传送至工作站进行容积再现(VR)、3D表面遮盖显示(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)等重组观察。结果:35例颌面骨骨折中,眼眶骨折7例,鼻骨3例,筛骨4例,颧骨5例,上颌骨6例,下颌骨10例,其中髁突骨折合并颞下颌关节脱位3例。结论:MSCT多模式重组成像可清晰显示骨折部位、骨折线走行方向、骨质碎裂程度及移位情况等。其中SSD显示骨折区表面状态较好,MPR可明确显示骨折处内部细节,VR和MIP可显示骨折部位的立体透明外观,为制订手术方案提供非常重要的影像学资料。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of the multi-model reconstruction with multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in facial cranial fractures. Methods Thirty-five cases of facial cranial fractures were scanned with MSCT. The raw data were transferred to the work-station for reconstruction including volume rendering(VR), shaded surface display(SSD), maximum intensity projective(MIP) and multi-planar reformation(MPR). Results Seven patients with orbit fracture, 3 with nasal fracture,4 with ethmoid fracture, 5 with zygomatic fracture, 6 with maxilla fracture and 10 with mandible fracture were demonstrated. Conclusions The fractures of facial cranium can be revealed with MSCT effectively. Multi-model reconstruction techniques can further confirm or exclude the fractures, therefore improve the diagnostic accuracy obviously.
