| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理对患者脑梗死后抑郁状态的改善作用。方法将120例脑梗死后抑郁状态患者随机分成2组：心理护理干预组和对照组，每组60例。采用汉密尔顿评分标准对患者的抑郁状态进行量化，比较心理护理干预对抑郁状态的影响。结果心理护理干预组抑郁状态汉密尔顿评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意SL（P〈0．05）。结论实施心理护理可显著改善脑梗死后患者抑郁的状态，提高生存质量。
