2型糖尿病患者合并高血压的动态血压变化探讨

目的探讨高血压合并2型糖尿病患者24h血压变化状况。方法采用动态血压监测仪监测50例原发性高血压（EH）组和50例原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病（DM）组患者的24h血压，比较24h收缩压（24hSBP）、24h舒张压（24hDBP）、白天平均收缩压（dSBP）、夜间平均收缩压（nSBP）、白天平均舒张压（dDBP）、夜间平均舒张压（nDBP）、血压负荷值、血压昼夜节律。结果24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、白天血压负荷两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），24hSBP、nSBP、收缩血压负荷及血压昼夜节律差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论2型糖尿病合并高血压患者24h收缩压、夜间收缩压升高、血压负荷值升高，血压昼夜节律发生改变。

The change of ambulatory blood pressure in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To invstigate the change of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients were enrolled.They were divided into two groups-EH group with essentially hypertensive 50 patients and DM group with diabetic and essentially hypertensive 50 patients.24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、nSBP、nDBP and other index were recorded by ambulatory blood pressure monitors.Resealts There were no significant difference between two groups in 24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、BP load in days,whereas the differences between two groups in 24hSBP,nSBP,the load of SBP and the rhythm of BP were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SBP of patients with combined type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension increase during night and SBPload in day are higher than those of EH group.the rhythm of BP changed.
