大豆在医药,预防及保健中的功能作用

摘    要:通过对大豆在医药,预防及保健方面功能作用的表述,说明了大豆不仅仅是食品和油料,而且还是药品和保健品,以大豆做为主料或辅料而合成的药物对癌症,哮喘及AIDS病等有较为明显的治疗和抑制作用,做为功能保健品对防止中风,痴呆和促进新陈代谢等均有显著的预防和保健作用。

Abstract:Soybean is not only foodstuff and oil food, but also medicine and the health care food. Drugs whose main component is soybean have obvious functions for the treatment and inhibition of cancer, asthma and AIDS, etc. As health protection food soybean has evident action on the prevention of, and health care for,apoplexy and dementia and on the promotion of metabolism,etc.
