宫颈锥切手术残留宫颈不同缝合方法的比较

目的探讨宫颈锥切手术残留宫颈不同缝合方法的临床效果。方法选择宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅱ~Ⅲ级并采用宫颈锥切术治疗的患者共54例,随机分为两组。对照组采用"8"字缝合法,研究组采用上下荷包缝合法。观察两组的手术时间、止血效果和总住院时间。结果研究组手术时间、术中总出血量、术后总出血量、总住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后两组患者均无复发、感染、宫颈狭窄、宫颈功能不全等并发症出现。结论宫颈锥切手术残留宫颈采用上下荷包缝合方法止血具有操作简单、手术时间短、止血效果好、术后出血少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

A comparative study on different suture methods for postoperative residual cervical conization

Objective To explore the effect of different suture methods applied in postoperative residual cervical conization. Methods A total of 54 patients with CINⅡ-Ⅲundertaken conization were collected in this study. The〝8〝 like suture method（ control group）and purse suture（ study group）had been applied and the effect of hemostasis and duration of hospilization had been observed and compared between these 2 groups. Results Operating time,total amount of intraoperative blood loss,total amount of bleeding after surgery,and total duration of hospital stay in patients of study group were significantly less than those of control group. There was no complications or recurrence after surgery,such as infection,cervical stenosis,cervical dysfunction and others occurred in these 2 groups. Conclusion Purse suture method for hemostasis is simple with shorter operating time,better hemostatic effect and less postoperative bleeding,etc. ,and it is worthy to be clinically promoted and applied.
