| 摘 要： | 【摘要】〓胃癌居全球恶性肿瘤发病率排行榜的第四位,手术、放疗和化疗的综合治疗为主要治疗手段,但疗效有限。随着胃癌分子生物学的发展,胃癌的靶基因被检测,针对靶基因的靶向药物亦被逐渐用于胃癌的临床治疗,尤其是HER2靶基因的发现及相关靶向药物的治疗给胃癌患者带来了新的希望。本文就HER2阳性胃癌的治疗进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is the fourth most common malignancy in the world.Surgery.chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the major strategies for treatment, but the efficacy is limited. With the development of molecular biology,the gastric cancer target genes are detected and the targeted medicine is used for clinical purpose,especially for HER2 gene and the HER2-targeted medicine which give new hope for HER2-positive gastric cancer.This article focuses on the advance of treatment in HER2-positive gastric cancer. |
