普瑞巴林联合B族维生素治疗脑卒中后中枢神经痛的临床研究

目的:探讨普瑞巴林联合B族维生素治疗脑卒中后中枢神经痛的临床效果及价值。方法:将2012年7月-2014年1月我院诊治的脑卒中后中枢神经痛患者64例随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予卡马西平、普瑞巴林联合B族维生素治疗,比较两组临床疗效及VAS疼痛评分。结果:两组治疗前VAS疼痛评分无明显差异,与对照组比较,治疗后观察组总有效率明显增高,VAS疼痛评分、不良反应发生率明显降低,P均0.05。结论:普瑞巴林联合B族维生素治疗脑卒中后中枢神经痛的临床疗效好,且不良反应发生率降低,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical Research of Central Post-stroke Pain after Treated by Pregabalin and B Vitamins

Objective： To explore the clinical effect and value of central post- stroke pain （CPSP） after treated by Pregabalin and B Vitamins. Methods： 64 patients with CPSP were randomly divided into control group（n=32） and observation group （n=32） from Jul 2012 to Jan 2014, and were given Carbamazepine joint B Vitamins and Pregabalin combined B Vitamins respectively. The clinical effect and VAS pain scores were compared between the two groups. Results： The VAS pain scores were no significantly different between the two groups before treatment. Compared with the control group, the clinical effect was significantly higher, and the VAS pain score, incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower after treatment, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusions： It is worth of popularizing in clinic because of the better clinical effect and less adverse reactions for patients with central post- stroke pain treated by Pregabalin and B Vitamins.
