牙周手术后配合Gengigel凝胶治疗中、重度牙周炎的疗效观察

目的:观察牙周手术后采用Gengigel凝胶(透明质酸)治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:60例中、重度牙周炎患者进行4周基础治疗后,将患者随机分为实验组(透明质酸处理)和对照组(牙周翻瓣术)各30例,每个患者筛选符合条件的1个区域作为牙周手术区。术前记录菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)和附着丧失(CAL)。术后1周内观察出血、疼痛及创面愈合情况,术后1、3、6个月复查PLI、SBI、PPD、CAL。结果:术后1 d,实验组的止血效果、止痛效果均明显优于对照组(P0.05);术后1周,实验组的创面愈合情况明显优于对照组(P0.05);术后1、3、6个月,实验组的SBI明显低于对照组(P0.05);而两组的PLI、PPD、CAL无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:牙周手术后采用Gengigel凝胶治疗,可减轻术后反应,促进组织愈合,长期使用可减少牙龈出血。

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Gengigel Gel for Treating Moderate to Severe Periodontitis

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Gengigel Gel for treating moderate to severe periodontitis after the periodontal flap surgery. Methods： Afer 4 weeks periodental non-surgical treatment, 60 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group was 30 cases. The subject was selected one oral areas as the surgery area. The experimental group underwent flap surgery and the root planed, then the Gengigel Gel were packed into the lesion areas. The control group underwent flap surgery only. The sulcus plaque index （PLI）, bleeding index （SBI）, probing pocket depth （PPD） and attachment loss （CAL） were recorded before the surgery. After 1 week, review the patient hemostatic effect, pain and cicatrisation. 1,3 and 6 months after operation, review the patient PLI, SBI, PPD, CAL. Results：After 1 day, there was significant difference in hemostatic effect and pain between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. 1 week after operation, the cicatrisation of periodontal tissue in experimental group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.After 1,3 and 6 months, the ratio of SBI in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.However, there was no significant difference in PLI, PPD and CAL between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： After the periodontal flap surgery, using of Gengigel Gel could help to relieve the periodontium inflammation, enhance the wound healing and decrease the gingival bleeding.
